  “Without going into details, I found Earl to be an honest man. After a dispute over deductible between US, Earl and our insurance company, Earl refunded the overpayment to us. Coming from downstate where this would not have happened, I found this refreshing and restorative to my belief in people. I do recommend Earl's. I would rate Earl's 5 stars.”

  “Dale, the owner of Clarkston Auto Body, looked over my vehicle after a major accident, which I felt was total loss. I felt that, based on the amount of work needed, I should have just been reimbursed for the purchase of another comparable SUV. Dale assured me that this was not the case and after a full inspection, was confident that the repairs needed would not constitute and total loss and claim for a replacement vehicle. Dale told me that they wouldnt waste their time repairing a totaled vehicle because they didnt need the work or money that bad. Well, several weeks later, guess what, the SUV total repair cost exceeded the $17,000 that was needed to consider the SUV a total loss, I was stuck with a vehicle that had major repairs (on record) and Dale pocketed the cash. VERY DISHONEST AND POOR SERVICE!!! ”
