STEER VERY CLEAR !!Dont be fooled!!! This body shop claims "WE BEAT ANT ESTIMATE". But the old adage " YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR". applies here 10 fold. I ended up having to pull my car out before more damage was done. They basically just bolt body parts back on to a frame that they claim is "within factory specs". Translation -- "just make it fit" Then cover it up with a sub-par paint job that will lose its luster after a year.
They operate in this way simply because most customers wont know the difference. They pick their car up, it looks shiny, must be good. Its whats underneath that matters.
After the contract was signed the staff became very cocky and rude choosing to stand behind "a lein on your vehicle" rather than quality work.
Anytime your car is involved in an accident that needs repairs it is stressful. However dealing with this shop added 100xs the headaches than if I simply went somewhere else.
