Artistic Creations came to get my bike the last week of Jan 09 to customize my bike; chrome, paint job, accessories, and some airbrushing. I am still yet to see my bike or a finished product. I was told that the airbrush person had to be fired, that he had to prepare for a bike show, that there was a hold on his account due to someone paying with a stolen credit card, and the latest was that he will be out due to neck surgery. Im still yet to receive my bike and its May 09. I gave them a $2000 dollar deposit in February 09. I am not sure if my bike is still at the shop or now. I keep getting the run around when talking to the Rafealle Proctor. I am going to the Better Business Bearuea to complain. I am even thinking about creating a website about this shop so no one else goes through what I am currently experiencing.
